What is Kombucha and how do you ingest it?

You can get probiotics from just about everywhere. I go to a health food store. You can talk to them about why you want them and they can recommend which one is best for your situation. Alot of people use them for stomach problems. Have you tried a saline solution? You can buy it at just about anyplace and it's under $2. My doc recommeded it because lately mine are bothering me constantly and this works better than the meds. It doesn't burn when you spray it in your nose. You can also get a netty pot that will keep your nasal cavity clean; the health store can also help you with that. Both of these things should make you feel alot better. Good luck.

I have another kinda off the wall suggestion. Maybe try a real good hepa air filter in the bedroom. Also, a lot of grocery stores sell keifer, a liquid/smoothie type yogurt. And be sure to keep going to the doctor to keep this in check, find a good ear nose and throat doc. My husband had constant sinus problems and it wasn't until he saw an ENT that they found cancer in his nose. He lasted a year after diagnosis.

You can find probiotics at any health food store. They are in capsule form. Knowledgeable employees can advise you on what you need. Hope this helps.

Doctor Oz swears by those little containers with saline solution that you use to flush out your sinuses. I think that are called Nettie Pods or something like that. They look like a little tea pot without a lid.

I swear by the Nedi Pot also. The first "flush" is uncomfortable, but so worth it. I will never go through another spring in Maryland without mine again! I purchased mine at the GNC store.

Good luck and I hope you feel better ~ Pat

I have the same problem. My ENT, who doesn't give medication like handing out candy, recommened the NeilMed Sinus Rinse. It works. I never thought something so simple could help. You can buy it at the drug store or Walmart off the shelf. Hope you can find some relief.

DNA - that's toooooooooo funny. I think I suffered from that for years! (Really sorry about the sinus infections, though - perhaps a geographical cure?)

I have had problems with sinus infections. Surgery helped some. I was tested for allergies by my allergy doctor and now I only get the occasional sinus infection. Mostly one in the spring and one in the fall. My regular allergy medicine that I take daily just isn't quilt strong enough during my major allergy seasons. This year he gave me something new AllerX to take as needed. No spring sinus infection. It is quite expensive $739. for 30 days. Thank God my insurance paid. Get allergy tested.

the one at the health food store builds up alcohol, so use sparingly if you are driving!
