Great job!!!!! We used a similar tile (DAL, right?) for our backsplash in the kitchen. Yours was a contender for a bit but went with a softer look instead.

Oh yeah, I totally agree the glass tiles are much better - the picture above the fireplace is a perfect match. And the light will reflect off the glass tiles so nicely.

I've wanted to do the same tiles in my kitchen, you see it all the time on the HGTV shows.

What a huge difference in your living room!

I don't recall what brand the tile is. I looked at several and decided on this one. It's not totally taste specific like a bright blue or something and it went with my decor anyway. There is white tile countertops in the kitchen that I want to change to granite someday and this could go on the backsplash also.

I watch HGTV a lot. I love to decorate too.

Very very nice. For a while I wanted to do mosaic work but then I stumbled on quilting and had to decide one or the other- guess which won. But I love tile!

What is the color of your walls- it's very soothing.

The color is Behr Caraway #PMD-37 but when I look at it online it looks nothing like the color on my walls.
