I love mine...write your kitchenaid mixer model number down and take it to the store or order it online using the number to determine which one to buy.... but I love mine...

Thanks for the link. I went out and ordered one! I didn't know that there was a new blade and when it said that it fit any tilt head mixer I ordered it. My mixer is from 1981 and still works great.

Mine only has the rubber part on one side. While it does scrape the sides, it still misses the pocket of flour or whatever at the bottom of the mixer bowl.

I've had one for awhile now and I love it! If you are considering it- go ahead and get it! I never use the old metal beat anymore - just this one.

Cake decorators have given it good reviews on the cake boards I belong to.

These are fantastic because they eliminate the need for scraping down the bowl while mixing and you can use this beater as a spatula to help clean out your work bowl while pouring your batter into your bake pans to get the last little bit.
