    new member to the family

Well sort of... my son found this 4 week old kitten (1 pound) and the poor little guy was in bad shape so we took him to the vet. Dr drained 12 cc's of fluid from is lung, treated him for parasites gave him his shots etc..
We now have him at my house. He's 4 months old and a healthy spunky little 5 pound boy. His name is Rocko. Here's pics of before and now.

What a lovely person you are. Rocko knew what door to "knock on" to find a loving home.

Please give him a big hug from me.

He is soooooo handsome. He is a lucky boy to have you as his family. He looks like he could have some "Bengal" in him. Glad that you gave him a good home & a chance for a happy life. God Bless.

Yes, he is definaltely a grandma's boy I told my son today that he can't have him back. He likes it here too much. My 3 older cats (almost 3 yrs old) are getting used to him. My son has 2 other kittens, not blood related to Rocko.

You know that you are going to have to update your avatar. LOL. You may need a bigger chair to get a picture of all four together.

Not anytime soon. They will eat together but that's it for now. Tigger and Rocko are starting to play, but the other two haven't gotten that far yet.

    Here's my other babies.

Hopefully they will grow to love each other. Your cats are all so beautiful, but I love the gray & black with the beautiful green eyes. That picture just grabs at my heart. I have six furbabies inside & one outside that someone threw away. She is becoming a loving baby. Enjoy all your blessing's, wether they have two legs or four.

It is so nice to read about people like you who do good things for the little furry bodies that someone else has discarded. Thank you from all pet lovers.

    Found kitten

We found a kitten about the same age in our garage. He was about a pound, too. He was so skinny when we took him to the vets for shots, they ran him through with the needle! Here he is today. His name's Daniel Jackson (anyone else a Stargate fan?)

He is a cutie, & yes I loved Stargate. I just want to know how you get him to hang upside down for the picture. LOL. Just kidding. There are so many lucky animals out there & still so many that need good homes.

God Bless you for saving this poor little fellow! What a change your care has made in him! He looks so sweet and playful now. I love the pic where your granddaughter has him in her doll stroller!

Oh, what a sweet baby. Perfect addition to your family. I have a kitty too. He's a manx orange tabby mix and so sweet.
