I laughed so loudly watching this that my 21 year old daughter came in to find out what was happening! Now, at 11.50pm she wants to try it-- isn't it amazing what some people think up to solve a problem?

slicker than a whistle. beats breaking the yolk when all you need is clean egg yolks. I wonder if some of the pastry and cake chefs know this trick......
