I was rubbing my eyes and dislodged the cornea lens that was inserted when I had the cataract surgery. I'm waiting for the doctor to call me back so I thought I would come on board to distract me from the crisis.

Good morning to everyone. I hope you've all had your coffee by now. I also hope you're not all gone about your business!

Oops. I am sure the Dr. will be able to fix this soon. I hate it when this type of thing happens. Relax and soon all will be well.

Wow! I didn't know that either! I had 1 eye done 3 years ago and the 2nd eye done 3 months ago - I guess I had better be careful! Let us know how you are & what they do.

OK...update here. I have an appt w/dr tomorrow. The tech I talked to said it's impossible to dislodge the implant, but the dr will look at it just to be sure. In the meantime the tech said it might be mucous, so I'm going to use some special drops that he gave me to see if I can clear it up.

I'll let you know tomorrow after I see him. Crossing my fingers and toes!!!
