For my DH, who is older than me, it means he has to sit down and rest after he gets dressed to go for a walk (putting on pants and shoes). Then he goes for a walk. Then he comes back and rests some more.

Old is when your gray-haired doctor says he does the same things he is doing for you for his mother. And, doesn't just say it once, but several times during the office visit!
