How adorable! It reminds me of those fat reddish squirrels in CO. I have a gray one with a white front that I call Mr Chubs. But now I actually think Mr Chubs is a mother.

My most recent swap - Boomerang 16
A work affiliate of ours has a squirrel in her back yard who has taken up residence for years. She has named him Fred and it's Fred's yard. Looks much like this one.
I work at a university and we have lots of squirrels that live here. I was watching 1 eat the other day and another 1 ran over to see what the 1st one had then came and sat right in front of me and stared at me...it was asking me to give something to it too. I felt so bad since I hadn't given the 1st one anything and had nothing to give the 2nd one...so now I carry pecans in my purse to share...some of them will even take your offering right out of your hand...
I am too blessed to be stressed and too anointed to be disappointed!
he sure looks healthy we have one who comes right up to door for peanuts fun to watch!!

love your chubby little friend. We like feeding and watching them run through the trees and wires.

They actually aren't fat... Squirrels can fluff out for warmth, just like birds. In the cold weather they always appear 'fat', because their fur is sticking straight out, for insulation.

have about 15 of them in my yard that I will gladly give to anyone who wants them!
They eat my new plants; eat all the pecans before I can get to them; eat the vegetables, especially the tomatoes and peppers!
They may be cute but in my neighborhood we are overrun with them and they are definitely a nuisance!
He or she is a cutie. We have so many squirrels here- red, brown and black ones. There was 3 of them that over-wintered in our trees. They did very well in the so cold, snowy and icy weather. Now they have invited their friends to join them. I am glad to have them as long as they leave the bird feeders alone.

Try to be as nice a person as your dog thinks you are.
Hate to ruffle your feathers but these creatures are cute to look at in other people's yards…not mine! They destroy and chew through the sides of garages, screen doors, windows, [ I had one chew through my kitchen window and was sitting on my newly washed quilt in the wash room! They are so destructive ! Our daughter calls them "land rats'!
Cute little guy. You photograph is amazing. Nice colors, nice composistion. You really ought to enter it into a photography contest.
