When I lived in NH I used to go to Hamilton to watch the Polo. Beautiful there. Not at Myopia but the one before it. Loved going through Ipswich on the way to the Ocean. Loved Woodman's. Now I'm living in Ohio. Haven't found any fried clams yet. Pat

Cute. I will start looking for a plastic jar as the floor in my sewing room is cement.

Nice work. I take it that pins are kept inside the jars and then a person can use the top as the cushion. Nice idea! Now, lets see if I can fine some jars around here!

I found the jars at Walmart. 4 jars for $3.97. Yes they are real easy to make. I had received 1 as a gift too from another member.
I tried to do this but couldn't get the lid to screw on. Something is too thick, but I tried three or four times, pulling tighter each time. Any tips on how to get this to work? The idea is adorable, and I wanted to do these for my quilting buddies...thanks

Angiecub- make sure that none of the batting or what ever you filled the top with did not slip under the lid. Plus did you make yours according to the tut that was posted here? I think the way it is done causes too much bulk under the lid.
