I'm in zephyrhills, FL and it looks like that every day for weeks. But we can always use rain.

Susan, next time you talk to your daughters, if you think about it, tell them thank you from a grateful member of the board. I cannot imagine the whole situation, but I do appreciate their willingness to serve.

And thanks for the raindrops, even if they are only hopeful thinking. :D

I certainly will tell them! My USAF daughter is in Fort Worth and suffering this heat with those of you there. Her little sis is the one in Afghanistan now - that's why I'm in Florida and not Washington (where summer just recently made it!) - taking care of my grandkitty and puppy while their mom is deployed. I have never seen rain like here in Florida, and they say they are in a drought! If we had this kind of rain back home, we would be flooded! The clay of eastern Washington just doesn't absorb the water.

Continued prayers for all those in the middle of our country suffering under the horrible drought conditions and that awful heat!
