I asked just before Christmas and they said it wasn't going up.
I bought 10 books of forever stamps.

I remember back when stamps were five cents each. When they raised the price to six cents, that was a 20% increase. If they raise the price from .44 to .46 that's only a .045% increase. Less than one half of one percent. So it makes sense for them to print Forever stamps all year long and sell them at the going rate than to print new stamps every time they raise the rates plus print a ton of two cent stamps so people can use up the old .44 ones. That's why they sell them to you now even without you asking for them.

Sorry, I'm a math kind of person. :D

I tried to find out about it on the USPS website and just got through banging my head against the wall. That is one "NOT USER FRIENDLY" website.

Somehow I found "new rates for 2011" or something like that.
It's such a long list that I just read part of it and closed it.
