I have been up since about 2, and been here on the board unil about an hour ago and I decided that it was time to get up and try to get some things done,
Well, it started out just fine, I got lots of muslin squares cut because I like to string piece on them.
Then I decided that I would cut the flannel backing for some baby blankets,,,,,, that went ok ," sort of" I got 2 cut and deciced that I would piece the big piece left on the side, so then I went to change the foot on my new Horizon, I got so frustrated and downright mad, because my fingers would not do what my head wanted them to do....... could not get that screw into the hole!!! well I walked off, then thought that machine is not going to do me in today.
So I turned that sucker on it's end, and got the screw in just fine. Hope I didn't scramble it's brain in the process.
My rant for the day, I hope.

Some days it just doesn't pay to get out of bed. I hope the rest of your day goes better.

Just take a little rest, and go back an finish what you need to do. Sometimes I also get up at 2 in the morning to work on quilts or cutting fabric. However, I also notice that I make more mistakes when I do not get enough rest. To me it seems easier to cut or sew fabric when it is day light out. I tend to makes less mistakes during day light out. Do not know why I just do.

Well, I am going back to the machine, get another cup of coffee, and see what I can do more damage too.

I have to many day's like that as I get older. I just stop and rest and go at it again. Sometimes that works and sometimes not.
