Create a new topic under pictures
Write your message
Where it says add attachment click one and add your picture. DO NOT REVIEW (smile) as this will make it go away.
Then just send.

if you go to the pictures section it gives you full instructions on how to and what size

the big one is do not review it is just so darn hard not to.
