Laughing to myself about myself - There's no way in the world *I'd* remember what needle I was using so I would know what section to put it in! :)

I once shot one, sawdust went everywhere.

I was target practicing for my CW Permit and was shooting several different sized targets including that poor tomato.

Actually, in my class on machine maintenance, I got a neat tip about the tomato. If you mark a grid on one with a sharpie, you can label the sections for the different machine needle sizes and poke your used (but still reasonably good) needles in the appropriate sections. Or if you need to change out the needle for a different size. Your tomato - your rules.

This is a great idea. I'm going to try it.
