I have a craft booth at our Bridge Festival, and I am at lost what to charge for the purse size tissue holders. Is $3.00 too much with a package of tissues in them? Am I not charging enough? Any input would be helpful. Thanks in advance.

I definitely don't think $3 is too much. Not sure they would sell well at a higher price, though.

I would pay $5.00 for one myself.

I agree with $5.00.

how long does it take you to make one?

Guild members made some of these a few years ago for the guild sale table at a quilt show. The ones made with quality fabric, straight stitching with matching thread, crisp turned corners, had name brand tissues, was marked $6 each and everyone of them sold. The ones turned it made from fabric to get rid of, stitching with thread that didn't blend, not even pressed to look nice and only had half a package of tissues in them couldn't be sold for $1. The difference was so obvious. If your items is quality with good workmanship then don't hesitate to add $1 more then you think they will sell for.

Good to know, onebyone! It's all in the presentation and quality I guess. I'd personally be fine with spending $6.

I agree

How much fabric, thread, etc. is used. Even if you make yours with scraps figure the price with newly bought. If it's popular and you get requests for more you will have to buy at current costs.
