If it is going to be washed, the cereal box circles will dissolve. Are you looking for something that you could leave in to wash? I might cut circles out of light wright plastic like margarine tops or similar. If you are looking for circles already made, I can't think of anything that exact size.

ise cardstock from scrapbooking. but WHY would you keep it in the center. there is no reason to keep it there???
I've done dozens of projects using yo yos and never kept it in the center. you just draw around the carboard circle template. |
Would this help? No template needed. Second video.

I was always needing circles for one thing or another, so I invested in a Sizzix Big Shot, and the templates in the sizes I used most often. I have cut them out of paper, card stock, Templar, and fabric. I also found another hobby--die cutting and die collecting. Just what I needed, right? NOT.

Hmmm, you might even try a hardware store for something in that size. washers, etc. Good luck.

Maybe use poster board or manilla file folders...I would use a compass and set it at 7/8" and twirl it around to make the circles. Maybe you can recruit some others to do the cutting for you.
