4D Embroidery system with windows 8
 

I have the Viking Designer SE machine with the 4D Extra emb system, my problem is my computer with window 7 crashed and I had to purchased a new computer with window 8 and now i'am having a difficult time down loading my 4D extra emb system on my new computer and I don't know what to do, I called my dealer where I brought the machine from 4yrs ago and she wasn't very helper other than trying to sell me their newer 5 or 6D system and i'am not in the position to buy the newer upgrade system I just want the system I have to work with my new computer, any and all help would be appreciated.

Downgrade your computer to windows 7. Almost everyone I know that has purchased a new computer with W8 has done that!

Won't run on the newer operating system. I loaded it on an old PC I had.

It is probably not going to run on the new operating system.
