7 pounds in 1 week!

I had to share, I started cardio rehab last Monday. I will be going 3 times per week for a total of 12 weeks. I have to weigh in ever morning when I arrive. I wore the same clothes today as last Monday, and have lost 7 pounds! I am so stoked! I have learned so much in the 4 classes so far. I hope to keep loosing weight over the next 11 weeks. I doubt it will be 7 a week, but wouldn't it be wonder if I did loose 7 a week! I would almost disappear!

Great, losing seems to be easy, keeping it off is much harder.

I'm trying to lose weight too. Went to a Bariatric Center to consider having lap band surgery, but after the surgery you have to follow a diet, so if I have to diet, why can't I do it now??? So, I came home even more determined to really work hard at this. I've been SO good for a week. I'm not going to weigh until I go back in February for a follow up appointment. I'm afraid if I don't lose enough, I'll get discouraged and give up. Rather than think diet, we are working on changing our lifestyle. Portions and snacking are our problem. I need to lose twice as much as my husband, but sure trying hard!!! Good Luck to you!
