Ok, maybe I'm the only new quilter who's having trouble with some of the abbreviations but is there a place someone could put a list of the common ones and their meaning? I've figured some of them out like FMQ but others I'm still having trouble with. Just a thought!

use the search feature, there are several topics with explainations

It has nothing to do with being a new quilter. click on 'Search' up at the top of the page and you should find a listing or three. I use abbreviations for some quilting terms, but I don't use them for people (have found them to be too confusing) --- I just type out who they are.

Wow! Thanks! I figured some smart cookie had already done this.

I still have trouble at times. I just figured out what
ISO meant here on the board. The light finally went on in my head went I clicked on something and I figured it out.
I was embarrassed and no one was around. LOL
