Pages are still loading very slow.....................

I don't have the fastest connection in the world, so am accustomed to slower loading times, but noticed a difference on this board when people started adding those live signatures. They definitely slow things down.

The pages seem to be loading faster now, since I commented here before...no double clicking needed now.

I am still getting Bad Response from Server and it takes a long time to get on. When it finally responds I am getting pages fairly quick. Not as fast as it has been in the past.

I was unable to get on to the site thru a post this morning...many different posts ....I finally got on thru the newsletter.

Pages a little faster but alot of double clicking to go back to where you want to be. Also posting comments is slow.

Try emptying your temp files. That usually helps speed things up.

I have not had any problems since the switch to a new server on Tuesday.

I have emptied everything over and over.
This is the only place I am having this problem.

Sadly I think this is one of the things we will deal with for awhile since having been sold to a public company. Until they figure out the kinks and workings of the board....

I though it was my computer been having trouble with loosing conection to internet

Tonight I was unable to return a reply from a PM.
I even tried to copy my note to a whole new PM
rather than using the reply button.....no luck.

OMgosh, I haven't had any problems what so ever. But I did turn off my computer and started fresh yesterday.

Pm, search and user list are working okay for me. Response time is delayed about 3 seconds from my click. I am on DSL.
