It is a wonder the sun can be seen in Europe thru all the air traffic.

Like threads on a quilt.... so are the flights of our lives.

Oh this is so familiar.....
My dad was an air traffic controller for 25 years.

It's amazing how many flights go back and forth in, to, and from the US and Great Britain.

Naturalmama 03-11-2011 01:32 PM

My son is an ATC at OKC and I don't feel a bit sorry for them. They do a lot of whining ( ) but they end up working only about 4 hrs/day out of the 8 that they are there. They're on position an hour and then take a break for an hour. There's a joke that you can always tell when you're around an ATC at an airport.....because their whining is louder than the engines!! For some reason he doesn't think that's too funny.

We were in Atlanta Ga on a job got stuck in traffic on their Eway at the airport off ramp we counted 58 planes circiling waiting to land while we ate our picnic lunch on the hood of our truck that was scary but not so much after seeing that video.I"ll drive or take the Old Grey Dog
