I know!! Skip the first letter and then the rest of the letters are the same forward and backward.

If you drop off the first letter, the remaining letters are a palindrome(spell the same forwards and backwards)?

I got it too, but then, I love a good palindrome. When I moved to Oklahoma, my friend overused one in particular:

I figured it out. If you take the first letter and place at the end of the word...it spells the same word backwards!
