Reminded me - when I was teaching kindergarten I had my class draw pictures of things they needed (after a discussion of need vs. want). One girl drew her picture and when I asked her about it, she replied, "All I need is a clean desk and a man." Needless to say, I kept that picture in my "someday I should write a book" file!

My daughter had to have a C-section to deliver number 2 child as she had one for number one. Her little girl who was 6 when the number 2 was born knew mom had surgery to have the baby. Some time later she asked her mom if there was a way to keep from having babies because she was not ever getting cut open.
This same little girl who is 8 now came home from School last year and told her mom that if either she or her brother had to be kidnapped she thought it should be her because they had had her longer than him. |

Goodness, reminds me of the time my son was in kindergarten and at least a half dozen girls were saying they wanted to marry my son, and even some of the moms were on the same bandwagon. was a bit scary. Then two years later one of the sisters of those girls wanted to marry my youngest son when she met him in kindergarten. Thankfully we changed schools (for other reasons). I can't imagine how that would have played out. But they are both in college now and unmarried still!!! Phew!!! Both of them have very nice girlfriends though. :)

My 12 yr old GS is a girl magnet. Every where he goes girls come running to him. It great that right now he can leave them behind and not think about them for awhile..

Too much TV and vidoes and so many don't monitor what they watch, and sometimes it if coming from thier friends who are not being monitored. My girlfriends daughter came home and asked her mom how babies were born, so and so told her the man had to___________ and if that was the case she was was never having babies. She was 7 at the time.

Last time I was visiting I got a chuckle when my four year old granddaughter put on lipstick before pre-school. (Done in typical four year old fashion, all over her face - LOL) Then at school she waits by the door till her little friend comes. (I forget his name.) SIL is not looking forward to her teen years!

When my daughter was 3 1/2, she went on vacation with my mom, grandma and 2 sisters. My oldest little sister was 12 at the time. One day, my daughter grabbed my sister by the had, led her to the door and turned and told my mom that they were 'going to the beach to look for hunks for Belinda".
Where do they come up with this stuff? |
Funny! But I think he just likes red, no matter where he sees it.

Make you wonder what the children are watching these days to be. Getting all these ideas of women, needing men ect. Kinda scary to me. But that's just my opinion !
