the epson salts work very well. I deal with nerve pain and this gives my body some down time not a lot but it does work.

I filled bath as high as possible and schooched down as much as I could to get my neck and shoulders in. i suppose another way you could try is to lay down in tub and lay legs over side and run water but don't drown !! |

Thanks Dreamer, always looking for more "pretty" ways to solve pain issues. I have RA, hurt all over, do take pain meds and comman meds for arthritis. Of course that leads to other side issues..... making up a batch today!
