I was so addicted to HGTV for the first 2 years after we finally got cable....now, it seems like everytime I turn it on it's a re-run... maybe I'm just jaded.... the designed to sell, and sell this house seem scripted to me, ( who would let a realestate agent into thier house with out cleaning in?) same with the apartment show ( rent me???), and the property virgins.... are there really people out there in this day & age, that don't do a little research BEFORE they decide to buy a house? ( okay, I did say I'm probably jaded...) I just saw a program this weekend... early am, was it disaster DIY?... the professional was kind of mean to the slobby home owner... I mean really, if he was able to finish the job w/o help he probably would have... ( yes,...definately jaded.)

I cancelled direct-tv a year ago. Never watched HGTV much after the quilt and sewing shows were cancelled.

...and he's so efficient, he could probably build us both dream houses in a week. he's an AWESOME man!!! I have always been attracked to a man that can work with his hands. I never wanted an "office type" person.

I like this channel a lot because there is NO VIOLENCE

I love HGTV but my husband says he gets worried when I watch it because he thinks I am going to break down a wall or put him to work.
