I saw some wonderful floral arrangments at the show but I think these dresses take the cake.

WOW!! Who would have thought!

This Perth Royal show must have been some sort of huge expo! When you first posted I assumed it was just a cat show. But you posted quilt pics and now these amazing floral dresses. You must have had a blast.

it is the main event of the year, with horse events, bulls cows chickens, sideshows, I even took some pictures of some goats that looked like patchwork quilts. at the end of the saturday working at the cat show most of the day and walking to one of the stalls to buy another shopping trolley (someone broke the wheels on my old one) my poor feet felt like I was walking on crushed ice, you couldn't see everything in one day, sunday was a nice day I I didn't have the cats in and I just explored everything there and had a ball. you name it they had it.

This sounds like our county fairs here in the USA. A little bit of everything, and quite possibly a kitchen sink displayed somewhere/some how too :D:D:D

WOW! Someone is a creative designer. I can't imagine the time and energy that went into getting those branches to co-operate. That ball gown is gorgeous but wouldn't it be stunning in a garden covered in blooming morning glories?

You can make dried vines cooperate by soaking them in water.
Then you can bend, twist, straighten, or whirl them around in any sort of form. When dry they will stay that way. Neat trick from gardeners who exhibit stuff like that. Does take a lot of work, but well worth it.
