Amazing kite flying!!! You WILL be awed!!!

Ray Bethell, a resident of Vancouver, BC, is one of the most famous kiteflyers in the world. He controls three kites in a ballet set to "The Flower Duet".....
It is neat.....

WOW! thank you for that! I love Kite flying!

miss_ticky2 10-12-2012 04:09 PM

That is wonderful. I didn't know you could do such precision flying like that...and all controlled by just the one man. Awesome

Many years ago my second and fourth daughters, two granddaughters and myself took some cheap kites and went kite flying. We were out several hours and the kids got very frustrated with my daughter and I because we had such a good time and weren't ready to go home. The kids pleaded hunger, weariness, and finally the need of a bathroom before they could pry us loose. What great memories! Thanks for reminding me!

Where do you get these fantastic videos?

Tartan 10-14-2012 03:48 PM

Great video, thanks! Oh the joy of holding onto the kite string as the wind pulls against it. I wish more children today had the experience of kite flying. It's hard to find a spot without power lines or the dreaded "kite eating tree" of Charlie Brown fame.
