American Idol contestant Josh McCartney
My grandson's friend Josh McCartney tried out for American Idol a while back. He got through the first round and got up to when they chose who would go on the show. but he didn't get chosen for the show.
My daughter said they told him he was too good. He didn't have any weaknesses they could use to teach him anything more. They wanted someone they can mold and change. They told him he should start his career now. They gave him a lot of info on where to go to get started. He was very disappointed. He wants to be on a tv show first. So he has applied to The Voice and has been accepted. It will be interesting to see what happens there. Here is a video of Josh and it sent chills down my spine. He is handicapped with ausberger's I believe and his song is very touching especially when you know that. http://www.facebook.com/photo.php?v=383013968436175 |

Hello this is Joshua McCartney! I feel some of you're post above is right, but the "He is handicapped with ausberger's"- is not true, it is only to assume that I am, whitch I am not. I want to thank you, for posting about me!!!! I am adopted now. And my new last name is Crouch, but still keep my blood last name with me, a McCartney is alway's a McCartney! I was adopted because, I was abused from the age of one to the age of six. beaten, smaked, not fed like I should have, not changed like I should have, not given proper care when I had a handicap problom all the way from birth, I was born with a club foot. And the one abuseive thing that is apart of my self written story "Song's In a Closet" this is a story all about the struggles, achievements, abuse, and experiance in life. The most important thing in this story is, about bieng locked in closets, and rooms in the dark. I would sing and keep myself happy because I would sing. singing comfurted me and kept the abuse seporate. I have been singing since one and hope to not stop tell the day I die! Thank you all for reading, and sorry that you did not know that much about me. well know you do, also read my profile! Thanks, and sincerly Joshua Allen McCartney
