today is 1st 59th anniversary.

I say 1 first because we were married in France so had to have a civil wedding on 23 of January and chapel wedding on Feb 2

Good for you two! Hope you have a great celebration - you deserve it!

callen 01-24-2016 09:19 AM

Congrats to you & dear hubby. Quite an accomplishment considering the number of marriages that don't make it to even 1/2 of that. Stay happy.

BIG CONGRATS not many have chance to celebrate one that long let alone be able to celebrate it 3 times. DH and I will celebrate our 46th in August. Long time to still care enough about one individual to live with them for that many years. So sad that many do not honor their vows or have such problems that they must part.

Congratulations! You give me courage that we can continue in our marriage. After 37 years, sometimes I still need it. Young couples need to see that marriage CAN work!

Congratulations! Makes our (soon to be 24th) seem like child's play! Hopefully we'll both be alive long enough to celebrate that many years together! Did you do anything special?

lynnie 01-25-2016 10:13 AM

congratulations on your long marriage

Jingle 01-25-2016 11:29 AM

Congratulations.
We celebrated our 54th on 12/30/2015.

My in laws' anniversary is this week. They would have been married 67 years. My fil died last year right after their 66th anniversary.

DOTTYMO 01-26-2016 11:49 PM
