You are very talanted and this scarf is a work of beauty. So glad people still crochet . My mother left a drawerfull of scarves to me and I enjoy displaying them for special occasions.

This is just so beautiful! I have only crocheted with yarn and can only dream of making something like this.
|
Your work is beautiful Love the center rings and the filet crochet for the dragonfy. And by the way Pam H if you can work with yarn you can do it with the thread. Same stitches only smaller needle with the thread.

Nice work! did you design it? I'm so used to seeing quilting here. I love crocheting and dragonflys. I always feel blessed when a dragonfly lands on me. Once when I was holding an activity outside with my residents a dragonfly landed on a lady who started screaming and flailing her arms about. The poor creature was thrown onto the cement. I offered my finger to it to help it up and the lady sceamed that it would bite me. I lifted him up and told her he only eats house flys and masqitoes. I brought him around to the people telling them to look at his beautiful colors; the stain glass looking wings. He continued to hold on for a while longer. After he flew away she said she'd never be afraid of them again. I replied 'better late than never'.
