I know that at auction you wouldn't get as much, but I DO believe the people in those shows don't understand nor appreciate quilts or stained glass items. I've done stained glass, knew the prices they were going for (even old ones) and have been appalled at the prices!

they usually overestimate what it would bring at auction, makes the show more exciting.
