My son is now 47 and my grandchildren are 23 and 18. They will always be my babies and will always be the loves of my life. Being a Mother or Grandmother are two of life's greatest pleasures.

I love the way they smell after their bath. I love holding them and just staring at them. I am a mom to 5 children here (one in heaven). I love being.....Mom! ;) Congratulations-there is nothing like it or better on earth than being a Mom. :)

What a doll baby! My favorite part was the baby smell, baby squeaks and having their little arms around my neck.

Congradulation grandma. Beautiful baby. Our oldest granddaughter Susan has the same birthday she was 25 on that day. It go so fast it is hard to believe.

Honestly, being a mom is fantastic! My DD's only 2.5 and she's just amazing. Take tons of pictures now (especially with the digital cameras, you can backup on a CD) It's amazing how much they change so quickly.

With my DD I did a picture a day, every day since she was born, and it's just an amazing change!

my favorite part of parenthood? the kids. they were/are so much fun, and can touch your heart in all new places. my husband says i have selective memory and only remember the parts i want to. i think that's a mother's right!
