How do you add an Avatar? I had one and it disappeared. I went to the My Profile section but it will not let me select the Avatar.

To add an avatar, go to "My Profile". practically at the bottom of the page is Avatar. Go to Browse. this allows you to select a picture from your file. Select your picture and click on open now you will see the document appear in the Browse line. Click Update Avatar and its done.

What happens instead? Will it not browse, or just not upload? Do you get an error message or just nothing happens?

It will not allow me to browse. The browse button is not highlighted, keeping me from selecting it.

Huh. What browser are you using? Have you tried a different one?

Have you got your pictures open. Okay no in My Profile just click the browse button.

it will go to the pictures in your file. click your picture and click open.

only other thing I can think off is that the Avatars on the forum only use GIF, JPG and on other which wont come to mind if they are not in that format on your machine that could be the problem
