No matter what I do, I can't get an avatar....I follow all the directions, but it doesn't appear...what the heck am I doing wrong?

Once you decide on your picture, don't preview it. That, for some reason, cancels the pic. Just hit enter or send. It took me a few tries to get it on there, too. Now that I have one, I don't mess with it! :-D :-D
