Awesome/The all purpose cleaner?
Having read some very positive comments on this product, I purchased a spray bottle of it at my local dollar tree store......now I'm home reading the very fine print-with a magnifying glass, I must admit!
it states it must be diluted, I wasn't aware of that at purchase, because couldn't read the print.....so for those of you who use this, how do you dilute...I now must buy another spritzer bottle for the diluted quantity? Or just dilute as needed? |
I use a 1:10 proportion...one ounce Awesome to 10 ounces of water. I use it all the time.

Good to know. I just bought my first spray bottle and would have just started squirting it on my quilt. Thank you.

I’ve used this for years. If I have something really yucky, I spray it full volume.

It is an awesome (small a as in "wonderful", not the brand name) available at our Dollar Store (The specific name of our dollar store.) For really dirty stuff I spray it on full strength and it is amazing. I spray it on, agitate with my hand (I use disposable nitrile gloves) or a brush, let it sit a minute, then wipe with a clean cloth.......it's amazing what it will take off. I wouldn't use it on clear Plexiglass, as it could cloud that, it's so strong.

I use it on my stove top and in the laundry all the time. I can't wear white and eat Italian without getting the stains all over the shirt.

I used this in the past but stopped when it ate through(over time) the spray bottle and leaked on a glass table and the ring the bottle left on the table with some kind of residue will not come off:hunf::thumbdown:! I could have caught this because I noticed the level of liquid was very gradually dropping, but I thought it was evaporating, and there was some dried up residue on the bottle, which got my attention. So don't let it sit too long. And all this happened after I bought the 1/2 gallon refill size, which I've never used. I guess I should keep an eye on it:shock:, or throw it out.
