God bless your son for his service. I have a nephew that is back in Kileen from Afghanistan and I'm very proud of him as well as all the troops serving our country. Glad he is home and safe.

I'm an Army brat and know from personal experience what the family feels while they are gone. My daughter is scheduled to go to Afghanistan - leaves in January for a year's tour. I look forward to the day when I too can say that she is home.
