I enjoyed shopping at both the local store (which closed) and their online store (until it closed too). Maybe this website will help? I have no idea how recent this listing is, though.

Used to be one in Broadway, VA, but since my DD moved from VA to MS, I don't get over there any more, and so don't know if it is still open. We always found some fabric there we couldn't do without.

Yes, the one in Bowling Green, Ohio is awesome. It has a little bit of everything. Bowling Green is about 20 miles south of Toledo.

I loved going to the Ben Franklin stores, along with F.W. Woolworth's and TG&Y.

I saw in another post that there are still some Ben Franklin stores in operation. I have been trying for a few days now to find a list of ones in Indiana, Ohio, or Kentucky that are open.
If you know of any, I would appreciate knowing about them. I really enjoyed shopping at them when I could find one. Thanks so much, Phyllis http://www.localstore.net/stores/735692/ben-franklin/ |
