Our DD was supposed to be home from AF sometime this week. She made it in late Sat. night. Had to go to Houston to pick her up. It was worth it. When the DGK got here on Easter , she jumped out and surprised them all. DGD calls her "MY JAMI". We had a great day. GOD bless our troops and keep them safe.

Thanks for all the blessings. The troops can surely use them. We have no idea how lucky we are to live in this country. DD was excited to find the exact sketch pad that one of the girls was trying to find. Can you imagine not having paper to use when you want it. We are sending a big box of goodies for the women so DD doesn't have to carry it back with her. She was tickled to find some potato peelers like we all had. Those horrible metal things. I just can't understand this stupid deployment.
