yes, media rate and if sending lots of books to one person the flat rate shipping box, doesnt matter on the weight

No, I don't think that's correct. I've sent books to friends and get media rate.

Don't forget the shipping rate is also different from personal residence or to a business.

you can go to the post office website and figure how much to cost to ship
