It's no fun having a pinched sciatic nerve. Very painful! Hope things improve soon so Bev can sit again. Sometimes I sit on one of those excercise balls when I'm on the computer & it seems to help me. I also have had problems with a pinched sciatic nerve & have lived with it for about 28 years. It helps me to wear good supportive shoes. I also do better if I replace my shoes every 6 months. Hope these ideas may help. Will keep Bev in my prayers.
