We have some robins that have stayed here for the winter.They usally fly south for the winter.

There have been years we have seen robins by early March...I so hope this is one of those years...I am tired of shoveling!

What is mayhaw jelly?

Mayhaws are very small red round fruit grown on mayhaw trees in the south. They resemble apples but they are very small. You don't eat them raw. As far as I know, you can only make jelly with them and they are not related to apples. They are not even as large as a grape.
