Birthday present for grandson.

My 9 year old grandson is an avid Yankee fan. Checking the price of Yankee bed linen on the internet, I decided to do something different. Bought navy blue twin bed sheets from Kmart and Yankee themed fabric from JoAnn. I put a border on the top sheet and made a pillow case. Then I embroidered the Yankee name on one side of a drawstring bag I made and a Yankee emblem on the other side. I also bought fleece to make a pillow {not shown}. My daughter then bought fleece that she edged with crochet for a blanket for her nephew. He was thrilled with everything. He better change his team loyalty for awhile.
