Birthday Present I Made - Hand Embroidery
 

I just started getting back into hand embroidery. I haven't done it for 40 years. I decided to play around with a project for dear daughter's birthday. This was all done freehand and I had a blast making it. I added a bee to represent the first letter of her last name and she loves bugs. I finished the embroidery hoop with ribbon and I covered the back with a piece of fabric to finish that.

Not the best picture taken with my phone. My camera battery died and has to be recharged and that takes 8 hours.
