Oh Bev glad to hear it's your siactic and nothing super major but I know that is painful. I wish i could explain how to relieve the pain through a stretch you can do and it works I know I tried it.
Okay let me see if this works. sit on a chair with your back straight place one leg on the other (feet flat) leg bent like a man would sit but your back is straight. Now take your bent leg and pull to your opposite shoulder hold for 10 secs. if possible repeat 5 times now do the same thing to the other leg. Do this 3 times a day, and it should stretch it out in a couple of days. Good Luck |
Take care of yourself and take those pain meds when you need them.
It sounds like it could even be a kidney stone, with all the pain. Ninnie |
Bev ~ glad to hear that you are feeling some better. Hate that you can't get into the Dr. until the 18th. Even thought they checked at the ER, I would have the bladder & kidneys checked again. You have the classic symptoms of a bladder or kidney infection ~ and they are NO fun
Hope you get some relief soon. Piedmont Quilter Rebecca |
Hi Bev - I MISSED you!!! It sounds to me as well like what we English call a 'wee infection' - try drinking cranberry juice and I agree - get back to a doc asap!
Hugsssss! K x |
Get better soon! we miss you!

My first guess would be kidney stones. I've never had them but know they can be extremely painful. Push for good care, don't let them tell you to wait. Peacefull vibes coming your way!!!
