That doesn't sound right. Maybe you should check back with them. Many times the confirmation for an order is in my in-box by the time I get back there.

wasn't here yet.... :shock: Sounds like should arrive any day..... I sent them an email, as once I did have trouble getting it.... they sent a new one out and had 2 delivered a day a part.... I know there customer service is usually great, so I just need to learn some patience..:D
