I have the same problem. The more time on this board the less time sewing. This is just as addictive as quilting.

Me too. I try to visit in small bits, well that's my intention, but.................

I've learned to multi task. QB while -Laundry, dishes, crafts, eating, creating, Facebooking, ironing, and my breaks of quilting.
My computer is on most of the day when I'm home and I sneak peeks as I go about my day.
The only thing I haven't learned to multi task is my job and QB - no computer access at my job.
I've also learned NOT to eat peanut butter (which gets on your fingers) and QB type at the same time. not good for the keys!

Welcome from ireland. My excuse is that I need to further my education. That's why I am on here so much. This board sure is educational.

I know what you mean, I guess we need to put a timer by computer and when it goes off to go back to sewing!

Happy Quilting!

Happy Quilting!

IF you are using a lap top, use the battery only and don't plug it in. When the battery dies it's time to get off the 'puter! Trouble is some batteries last for 3 hours! LOL

i tried that it doesn't work

Totally agree - think the board should carry a health warning  You just have to work out how to cut down on the housework, cooking etc and not the quilting!
