Confession of a quilter!

Well, I think the whole east coast is out fueling up their cars & clearing out the grocery & home improvement stores. It's really getting scarry. They are shutting down all mass transportation in Philadelphia & New York tomorrow afternoon because of hurricane Irene.

Very true... and oh so scary. I have two good friends that live right in the thick of it... :cry: I hate to think of the worst! So I am praying for them (and all the others) that the storm loses steam and doesnt pack quite the punch that is expected...

Well, it was a great day here, and after doing indoor "stuff" I spent a couple hours in the pool, cleaning it real good. We had a bad storm a couple nights ago, and I swear, I think every leaf that blew off a tree landed in my pool. wanted it to look nice, hoping my little grandkids come this week-end. It is their week-end to be with my son, and if soccer practice allows time, maybe they can come swim with grandma.

Sounds like there are a few of us killing time at work. Put me on the list.
