I've used other brands, they seem to work very well with Mosquitos, stinging insects, but not ants. have used them for years and love them. Thanks for posting this, will try some of the uses I didn't know about.

They are good (used ones) to rub gum or ink out of the washer & a hot dryer. Wonder how I know that. DS used to leave junk in his pockets & I would miss them.

I bought a box to repel mice. Not sure if it worked. It certainly repels ME, can't stand that smell. Maybe I am part mouse??

Great tips to remember! Thanks!

I fold and press USED dryer sheets (store brand or Bounce) and use them for leaders and enders. They also make the needle glide easily through the fabric, too.

Cool love these ideas. my favorite is 10. Prevent thread from tangling. Run a threaded needle through a sheet of Bounce before beginning to sew. going to have to try in when I sew on the binding of my next quilt. I can't use bounce due to allgeric to them but will try my brand hope it works as well

You can also clen the muck off your iron. Just press a dryer sheet and it gets clean!

I also just finished a quilt that I used bounce sheets as the foundation, I traced the quilt pattern on the sheet, sewed it, sniped it and then turned it...the quilt smells so good....didn't know it would keep critters away, will have to try it to keep the mice out of the cars...thanks...toodles....

Thanks for all the great tips.

I can say it definitely works to repel insects. I tie a sheet or two to my straw hat and keep 1 in my pocket of my work shirt. No mosquito bites, no chiggers, and no bee stings.
