LOts of bruises and even more blood blisters! For me , it seems every little bump causes one or the other. I take B12 and Vit. C everyday, haven't noticed that it helps me at all. And, everything that breaks the skin, leaves a scar. I can't even wear shorts in public because of scarring. Sure would like help about that.

Maybe you could get some shin guards to wear just at work. Might help.

I'd suggest shin guards or some type of padding under your pants legs.
I'd also suggest talking to the doctor. I wouldn't think getting bruised in the same area over and over is a good thing. Luckily for now your skin is thick enough to handle the bruising.. |
There is a product called "Viti K" It is a vitamin K lotion, It is for bruises and the spider veins.
I use it on my bruises and it helps get rid of them. |
