Buffy the vampire slayer

We haven't had a tv for ages so I've never seen this show, but last week a good friend, 60-something, told me it was her favorite series ever.

Anyone else hold high regard for the series?
Thanks!

It was a favorite series of mine also and I fall into the 60 something crowd!

I'm 53, and I love it!

It started out good but the story line deteriated towards the end.

Great "Campy" series!

i think i've seen every episode.
it was a total hoot until they moved it to a different network.
on the new network the show lost a lot of its humor and went places it didn't need to go.

overall, though, i was a big buffy fan.

Although I have a tv and have watched many good, bad, and in between programs......just the title of this steered me away....maybe i missed something good. Will check on demand....it certainly carries some very old stuff

It is a lot of fun - especially the first few series. I would definitely try it out :)

David Boreanz (sp) is definitely worth watching!!!! He's Sealy Booth on Bones now.

thank you! I have a bid on a set. I can stand just about anything as long as there is some humor.
Thanks again.

I found the episode with Dracula hysterical, especially Xander's part. That's one episode that really sticks with me.

It was also right after Rudolf Martin (who played Dracula in the episode) had just finished filming a movie called Dark Prince: The True Story of Dracula - which was about Vlad Dracul - not the "vampire".

Loved the series...tho it got more than a little strange when it changed networks (and therefore writers) Loved the character Spike.

I am from the 60s crowd but I just don't get the vampire stuff and the walking zombie. I was SHOCKED when another Jurassic movie came out.
